At my coaching studio, the heart of my work is building a real connection. My journey to becoming a coach has taught me the importance of deep listening and understanding. 

This isnโ€™t just about addressing panic attack symptomsโ€”itโ€™s about helping you regain control over your life and overcome the challenges of anxiety and panic attacks.

A Unique Approach Rooted in Empathy

My core values – care, empathy, honesty, compassion, support, structure – initially drew me to the Samurai, but I found the Roninโ€™s spirit more fitting. 

My coaching style combines adaptability with empathy, guiding you to overcome anxiety attacks and panic attacks while offering the freedom to carve your own path with confidence and clarity.

From Military Precision to Personal Empowerment

My passion for coaching began in the military, where I taught essential survival skills. Transitioning to civilian life, I applied my coaching skills to help people manage anxiety attacks and panic attack symptoms. This journey included notable successes and valuable lessons, all contributing to my focus on continuous improvement.

When the pandemic hit, I experienced my first panic attack. This life-changing moment led me to develop “The Method,” a practical, holistic approach designed to manage intense emotional experiences, including nocturnal anxiety attacks and sudden panic attacks. By confronting these challenges, Iโ€™ve turned my own struggles into a powerful tool to help others.

  • Duration: 4 Sessions
  • Ideal For: Initial exploration and addressing specific concerns.
  • Total: $720

Book Plan #1

  • Duration: 6 Sessions
  • Optional Emergency Call: Available for an additional $100 fee
  • Ideal For: Comprehensive support with flexibility for ongoing needs.
  • Total: $1,080

Book Plan #2

  • Duration: 10 Sessions
  • Includes: 1 Emergency Call
  • Ideal For: In-depth coaching with continuous support.
  • Total: $1,800

Book Plan #3

  • Session Flexibility: Sessions can be scheduled to fit your needs and availability. Each session duration is 1-1.5 hours
  • Emergency Calls: Add an emergency call to Plan #2 for $100, or get one included with Plan #3.
  • Pricing: Each session is priced at $180.
  • Upgrading: You can always upgrade your plan by paying the difference or downgrade and get your money back.
